Location near to Costa Blanca as well as the beach & restaurants. Pleasant staff; early check in. Excellent service and fairly quiet room in the parental suite with jacuzzi.

I recently stayed at S30 in Alicante for a week, and I couldn't have been more satisfied. The room felt more like an apart-hotel, with a small kitchen, complimentary water, and even a well-stocked bar with clearly advertised prices. The cafe in the reception served excellent coffee, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated with modern interiors and had the added bonus of four balconies. The cleaning was exceptional, and the location was excellent, with everything within a 10-15 minute walking distance. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

There were comfortable beds and a mini bar fridge, a microwave, and air conditioner inside the room. There was kitchenette for making our own meals. The location was nice for exploring this nice local area, next to the centre of Alicante.

Overall it is an absolutely great hotel and we truly enjoyed the stay, the location was fantastic very close to the beach.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was spacious and spotless, with a lovely little kitchen and sitting room. The air conditioning and power shower were great, and we even received a complimentary bottle of wine. The staff were friendly and professional, and the entire hotel was immaculate. We also appreciated the convenience of the elevator and the secure underground parking. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay faultless. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this luxurious hotel.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the sea front, marina and the beach, city center and marina and Central Market. Stopped by No coffee shop to get some coffee and treats, it's near the venue, recommend.

Marvellous location at a medium distance from a wide sandy beach. Set near to town centre, shops, restaurants, bars and the beach and supermarkets in the nice local area. Neat and huge room with a laptop safe, a mini bar and a sofa bed. A view of city from my window.

The location is GREAT, at a short distance from a Roman Catholic co-cathedral. Btw, it is minutes from an underground station, to the public transport.
